job Description Responsible for the design, specification, selection, vendor design review, and services relating to heat exchangers including air coolers, shell and tube heat exchangers, plate and frame heat exchangers, and printer circuit heat exchangers, in the oil and gas project Resident in Kuwait has convertible establishment Skills & Experience Mechanical Engineering with full professional qualification. Experience working for a consultant engineering company, equipment manufacturer, or end user company. Varied and extensive experience of process equipment applications in the oil and gas project environment to include concept, front end engineering design, detailed design, commissioning, and operations. Specialist and detailed knowledge of the major heat exchanger equipment types will be required. Good working knowledge of equipment design codes and the common design programs, including PVElite and HTRI is essential. Field experience in the manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and installation is also strongly desired.
